1 cup watercress
1â2 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
3 medium oranges, peeled
1 lemon, peeled
1 cup strawberries, tops removed
1 cup purified water

In order to get the biggest bang for your buck out of performance nutrition, load up on vibrant fruits and veggies that do double duty.
Place watercress, pineapple, oranges, lemon, strawberries, and 1â2 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.
Add remaining 1â2 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
