1 cup watercress

1⁄2 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into chunks

3 medium oranges, peeled

1 lemon, peeled

1 cup strawberries, tops removed

1 cup purified water

If you’re going to keep your body in top shape, sound nutrition isn’t the only thing requiring attention. In order to get the biggest bang for your buck out of performance nutrition, load up on vibrant fruits and veggies that do double duty.

Place watercress, pineapple, oranges, lemon, strawberries, and 1⁄2 cup water in a blender and blend until thoroughly combined.

Add remaining 1⁄2 cup water, as needed, while blending until desired consistency is achieved.
